How I collect, use and protect the information you share with me.

Adventures by Stephanie W is the travel advisory business of Stephanie Weidner, an independent travel advisor with Travelmation (Florida Seller of Travel Reg. No. TI118132). This policy explains what information I collect through this website and while planning your travel, how I use it, and the choices you have. “I,” “me” and “my” refer to Stephanie Weidner / Adventures by Stephanie W.

Information I collect

Information you send me. When you use my inquiry form, email, call, text or message me on social media, I receive what you choose to share, such as your name, email, phone number, travel dates, destinations, number and ages of travelers, budget, and what you're celebrating.
Booking information. To make reservations, I may need each traveler's full legal name, date of birth, gender as shown on their ID, passport or other travel document details, contact information, loyalty numbers, dining or room preferences, and emergency contacts.
Special requests. If you tell me about dietary needs, allergies, mobility or accessibility needs, or medical considerations, I use that only to arrange the accommodations you ask for and share it only with the suppliers who need it to provide them.
Payment information. Payments for travel are generally made directly to the supplier or through secure payment systems. I don't store full credit card numbers on this website.
Website usage. Like most websites, this site and its host (Squarespace) automatically collect basic technical information, such as your browser, device, pages visited and approximate location, using cookies and similar tools. This helps me understand how the site is used and keep it working well.

Who I share it with

I never sell or rent your personal information. I share it only as needed to plan and book your trip:

Travel suppliers such as resorts, hotels, cruise lines, airlines, theme parks, tour operators, transfer companies and travel insurance providers, including Disney, Universal and suppliers in French Polynesia and other destinations. Their use of your information is governed by their own privacy policies.
Travelmation, my host agency, which processes bookings and keeps records as required for licensed sellers of travel.
Service providers who help me run my business, such as my website host, email, scheduling, payment and document tools, and only for those purposes.
Authorities when required by law, or to protect the safety of travelers.

Some suppliers are located outside the United States, so your information may be transferred to and processed in other countries when you book international travel.

Children's information

This website isn't directed to children, and I don't knowingly collect information from children online. When families travel, a parent or guardian provides the children's details needed for booking, and I use that information only to make and manage the reservation.

Keeping your information safe

I use reasonable safeguards to protect your information and keep it only as long as needed to provide my services and meet legal and record-keeping requirements. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so please avoid sending passport or payment details through the website form or social media messages. I'll share a secure way to send them when they're needed.

Your choices

Ask to see, correct or delete the personal information I hold about you, subject to records I'm required to keep
Unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any email, or by contacting me
Block or delete cookies through your browser settings, although some parts of the site may not work as intended

This site links to other websites, such as Travelmation, suppliers and social media. I'm not responsible for their privacy practices, so please review their policies.

Changes to this policy

I may update this policy from time to time. Changes take effect when posted here with a new effective date.
