Fee policy & questions

  • Your planning fee is confirmed during your complimentary consultation, before any planning begins.

  • Planning fees are due at booking and are non-refundable. They may be applied to new travel dates once.

  • Airline tickets are $50 per traveler, per ticket.

  • Weddings and groups receive a custom quote.

  • The fee covers the time and expertise that goes into designing your trip — research, strategy, reservations and support while you travel. It lets me give every client the same personal attention.

  • No. Resorts, cruises and tour companies pay advisors a commission, so the price of your vacation is the same as booking directly — you simply get an expert handling it.

  • We’ll decide together during your consultation. Most families choose Curated; complex, multi-destination or island-hopping trips are usually Concierge.

  • Yes — once you’ve booked one of my specialties (Luxury, Disney, Universal or French Polynesia), I’m happy to plan your other travel too.
